So you are considering having a photo booth rental at your upcoming event. Do you know what the four most important questions to ask your vendor are? Below is an article that highlights some factors you might not consider. It is necessary to understand the differences between the various photo booth companies.
Web Hosting
Some photo booth rentals rely on free image hosting accounts. A red flag is if images are not hosted directly off their website. Any reputable vendor will have a gallery on their website to showcase their client albums. Other features include password protection for security reasons. You should never be changed extra for a simple password. Slideshows are also convenient for out of state guests that want to see the photos after your event.
Scrap Booking
Not every company provides scrap booking with their packages. Some photo booth rentals will charge a premium for this service. All it really costs to do scrap book is 7 dollars worth of supplies. A reputable vendor will provide this service at no cost if you bring the supplies. Scrap booking gives guests a way to express themselves creatively. You should take a look at previous samples of scrap books to see if your potential company has what it takes to make your party memorable.
Appearance
Appearance of the Photobooth makes a huge statement. Why not make sure the photo booth coordinates with your decorating attire. Many companies have accessories such as: colorful curtains, backdrops, and prop boxes to make your event is a success. Who wouldn't want their entire event to coordinate precisely? This is a very important thing to keep in mind when choosing a photobooth company. photo booth rentals
Booth Limitations
There are many scenarios where the booth may or may not work. Is your room on the second level of the building? Many companies require freight elevator access. Is your event hosted outside? You may be expected to provide a covered area where the booth will be setup. Some companies have very heavy photobooths that have even more limitations. Space might be limited at your event.
To summarize this article, you need to understand the importance of free webhosting, scrapbooking, appearance, and the photobooth limitations. If free webhosting is not offered, then you should reconsider your choice. Complimentary scrapbooking is a must for you and your guests. The appearance of your photobooth is crucial. You are not going to prefer a big, heavy, or unappealing photobooth. At your event, you are going to want a classy presentation. Finally, make sure you understand the limitations of your photobooth, so it fits the style of your celebration.

Where can you get Passport Photos Now?
With all the recent changes and specific size requirements that are now part and parcel of a passport photo, it is becoming more and more difficult to obtain them easily and at reasonable cost.
The time when every Chemist and Camera Shop offered a "Polaroid passport pic" is long gone and now many of the High Street operators have stopped because of so many returns/complaints from irate customers who have had their photos returned for one reason or another. photo booth rentals
The ubiquitous photo booth (a common sight on stations and in supermarkets) are also running foul of the size checking Tzars at the UK Passport Office, and confuse many people when it comes to getting the right expression, etc.
Just so we all know, here is a summary of the UK passport photo requirements as of January 2010:
Colour Photo measuring 45mm high by 35mm wide.
Printed on glossy or semi-matt photo paper, at high resolution, with no back printing or type on reverse of print.
Subject must be square on to camera, facing forward against a light grey or cream coloured background and is to have a neutral expression with mouth closed. No smiling or teeth showing.
It is recommended that spectacles, glasses or any other eyewear is removed.
The face features (eyes, nose, mouth) should be clearly visible and not obscured by hair or shadows.
The head in the photo should measure between 29mm and 34mm from crown to chin.
Only religious headwear is allowed.
Photos must be correctly exposed and sharp with no red-eye or shadows.
